Senior Engine Programmer
Video game client in the Seattle area has an immediate opening for a Senior Engine Programmer. This position is a full-time, direct-hire position.
Collaborate with cross discipline team members to develop key systems on multiple platforms using C++ and UE4. Communicate with other developers within the team to improve existing features and tools.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in game development as an engine programmer with at least 1 shipped title. Advanced understanding of C++. Experience working with Unreal Engine 4. Develop optimized code and data to improve memory consumption and execution speed. Must have a demonstrated understanding of engine architecture and gameplay systems. Strong skills in math and linear algebra are a plus. Degree in computer science or similar discipline.
Job will be remote until the virus risk is over when the client would like all employees to return to working in the Seattle office.
There are exceptions .... 100% remote options are also possible.
