Producer
We have a video gaming client in Redmond, Washington searching for an exceptionally talented and passionate Producer who can create high-impact work for their expanding video game franchise.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with this client. There is no temporary contracting involved in this job.
Coordinate between technical, design, and QA teams to maintain good product flow with a focus on quality, development speed, and optimal communication Construct cross-discipline specifications for collaboration and scheduling usage between the teams Collaborate with leads and directors to establish realistic expectations for timelines, estimates, and deliverables Assisting the relevant leads in escalating high-priority issues and following these through the development or fix lifecycle
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of game development experience with a focus on console or PC games Genuine enthusiasm for managing and building schedules Self-direction and the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team Excellent communication skills between technical and non-technical people Detail-oriented problem-solving ability Full understanding of the game development process
Pluses:
Programming or design knowledge Experience working with project tracking software such as Jira or Shotgrid Experience working with a technical team as a producer, QA analyst, or programmer Shipped titles
